Proven Industry Veteran to Accelerate Delivery of Ziften’s Open Visibility Intelligence Strategy

With wide-ranging technology experience and a strong background of leadership, Shefter is responsible for Ziften’s long-term technology vision and strategy, technical product strategy, and strategic technology partnerships. “The marketplace has validated that our Open Visibility Intelligence administers superior security and management of the enterprise,” said Charles Leaver, CEO of Ziften. “We are thrilled to welcome an executive the caliber of David Shefter to help bring a new focus to the technology and capabilities of our solution and ensure we rapidly evolve our strategy of providing much needed open visibility to the market.”
David Shefter joins Ziften as CTO from Citigroup, where he was SVP of Innovation and Emerging Technology. He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in technology and financial markets, having held key leadership and influence positions at Citigroup, IBM, DEC and Merrill Lynch, along with several startups in the hosting, web services, consulting and legal industry spaces.
